Founder | Chartered Accountant

Financial experience grounded in how businesses operate.
I'm Clinton Biggs, founder of MarginPeak Consulting LLC and a Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of experience across accounting, audit, financial operations and business advisory.
Before founding MarginPeak, I held management roles at Deloitte and Baker Tilly Netherlands. At Deloitte, I worked in Business Process Solutions, progressing to Senior Management. My earlier career included audit management, accounting technology and financial reporting.
Today, I work with growing CPG, ecommerce, and product businesses to bring clarity to their numbers and connect financial information with practical decisions. That includes understanding product and channel margins, forecasting cash, planning inventory commitments and preparing useful management and investor reporting.
I am personally involved with every MarginPeak client. My focus is to understand the business behind the reports, identify the decisions that matter and help founders assess the implications for profitability, cash and growth.
Working with Clinton
Financial support starts with understanding your business.
Growing sales, tight cash and margins that are difficult to explain can leave you working harder without knowing whether the business is becoming stronger. Before recommending a forecast, dashboard or financial plan, we need to understand what is happening underneath the numbers.
Clinton is personally involved with every MarginPeak client. That starts with understanding your business model, operating pressures and priorities, so the financial work reflects the business you are actually running.
Understand how your business actually works
We get to know what you sell, where you sell it, how products are sourced and fulfilled, and how suppliers, customers and payment providers affect cash timing. Your goals, constraints and immediate decisions shape where we focus.
Find the causes behind the numbers
A cash shortfall might reflect weak product margins, stock purchased too early or payment timing. We examine the underlying drivers so you can distinguish a profitability problem from a working capital requirement and prioritise the right response.
Build a plan around real decisions
We use that understanding to build forecasts, reporting and financial processes around your sales channels, purchasing cycles and cost structure. The aim is to help you assess practical choices about stock, marketing spend, hiring and growth against their impact on profit and cash.
You should be able to recognise your business in the financial plan and understand what to do next.
Let's discuss what your business needs next.
